PRE-CONSTRUCTION

- Plan and Specification review prior to and during bid process to ensure the material and design is able to be implemented per code and manufacturer specification.
- Computer Automated Design (CAD) coordination drawings which allows for coordinated and composite drawings of all MEP trades to ensure all issues are found prior to install.
- Sleeve drawings for concrete decks in CAD software coordinated with Structural and Architectural drawings.
- Coordination of the wood frame and truss system to ensure the designed product has room for installation within the envelope.
- Value Engineer mechanical design to achieve savings for the owner & General Contractor.
CONSTRUCTION

- Installation of all needed mechanical systems to include the duct work, piping, ventilation systems, air handling equipment, indoor and outdoor units, diffusers/registers, fans, heaters, CO systems, CO2 controllers, wiring for control systems and all other aspects needed to complete the project per design.
- Provide labor through skilled installers for the duct work and equipment.
- Provide start up and service of equipment.
- Manage all aspects for the project with the general contractor and design team.
- Implement all on-site company safely policies and state regulation.
